  • We ship internationally via trusted third-party logistics through CJdropshipping.
  • Customs duties or taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for customs-related delays or charges.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Track your order anytime on our Order Tracking Page.
  • If no tracking updates appear after 7 business days, please contact us.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If marked as "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors or local delivery points first.
  • If still missing, contact the courier or reach out to us.
  • We are not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.
  • Provide photos and your order number via our Contact Page.
  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once the order is processed, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
