2. Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Page.
Where is my order confirmation email?

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability.
How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
We don’t manufacture the items, but some may have warranties through suppliers. If a product arrives defective, contact us within 7 days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us to initiate a return and reorder.
How do I know your products are high quality?
We only source from vetted suppliers and personally review items to meet our performance and durability standards.

Are there any taxes or customs fees?
